Professor Niall G MacKenzie is Head of the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Innovation at Strathclyde Business School, serves as Co-Editor in Chief of Business History, and is a Research Associate of the Centre for Business Research at the University of Cambridge. He is a non-executive director of a social enterprise and Angel Capital Scotland – the national association for angel investors. His research centres around business history, entrepreneurship, and regional development with empirical focus on areas such as Scotch whisky, aluminium, new technologies, and early-stage risk investment.
