
Luis Miguel Castilla is a Visiting Senior Fellow at the School of Public Policy at the London School of Economics and Executive Director of Videnza Instituto, a leading Peruvian think tank. He served as Peru’s Minister of Economy and Finance from 2011 to 2014 and as Ambassador to the United States, and earlier held senior positions at the Inter-American Development Bank and CAF-Development Bank of Latin America. He holds a PhD in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
