Jonathan Sapsed is Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Newcastle University Business School and a Co-Investigator of the Creative Industries Policy and Evidence Centre (Creative PEC). He is an Expert Advisor to the UK government on innovation policy and creative industries. He has recently completed a review for DCMS on the effects of AI on productivity in the creative industries. Jonathan is Co-Editor of the Oxford Handbook of Creative Industries as well as being a published cartoonist.
