Tanya Wilson is a Lecturer in Economics at the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow. Tony is the Director of the Institute for Employment Studies, and has particular expertise in labour market policy and analysis; the design and evaluation of employment and skills programmes, particularly for disadvantaged groups; and helping organisations to understand and apply evidence of what works.
