The UK typically sees uniform pricing for many goods across different regions, with supermarkets, for instance, avoiding regional pricing. However, the hospitality sector is an exception. Among the 800+ locations surveyed, the cheapest pint is available for just £2.66, while the most expensive is sold at 'The Moon Under Water' in Westminster for £6.66. The data reveals that the highest prices are generally found in central London, whereas the lowest are in rural towns and Wales. The data was collected by scraping each pub’s menu with all prices collected at the same time of day to account for any peak pricing.
